Eulalia “Lala” Ruiz, 82 of Mount Vernon, died peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, January 12. She was born on June 16, 1934 in Lyford, Texas to Isidro Reina and Trinidad Rodriguez. She attended school in San Perlita, Texas. On September 3, 1948, she married Antonio “Tony” Ruiz and began their family together.
