Maureen “Mickey” Buss, 75, of La Conner, died on Monday, May 11, in the intensive care unit at Island Hospital in Anacortes, Washington. Mickey was born on October 10, 1939 in Seattle, the daughter of Leon Gibbs Howard and Roberta “Bertie” Musser and was a sister to seven siblings. Mickey married Lawrence C.
