    A surprisingly great combination. Use either yams or sweet potatoes. These ingredients are proportioned to cook for two people. Ingredients Thin pork chops, 1 per person Yams, 1 per person Butter, 2 tablespoons Ketchup, 1/4 cup Water, 1/2cup Preparation Heat butter in a cast iron fry pan. Rinse and pat dry the pork chops.
