Monday June 23

2:21 p.m .: Possible DUI – Deputies were alerted to a possible drunk in the area ofRainbowBridge in La Conner. They located the vehicle and people in it, but there was nothing to indicate the driver was impaired.

3:30 p.m .: Domestic – An ex-husband stopped in front of his ex-wife’s new residence onCaledonia Street in La Conner. When their five-year-old child started crying, the ex-wife went to console their child. The ex-husband then reported that she was trying to abduct the child and was violating an order restraining her from contacting them. The ex-wife was not arrested for the violation because the ex-husband showed up at her residence.

Tuesday June 24

12:29 p.m .: Found phone – Someone turned in a found smart phone to La Conner Town Hall and it was reunited with its owner.

4:06 p.m .: Obscene calls – A woman at a business onSouth First Street in La Conner received a couple of obscene phone calls. Deputies have a possible suspect involved in previous incidents and are following up.

6:10 p.m .: Fight – A man was angry over disrespectful comments made to his girlfriend by the father of her child and invited him to meet to settle the matter. They decided to deal with their differences via fisticuffs near the roundabout in La Conner. The fight ended as deputies arrived.

8 p.m .: Alarm – Everything was OK in a business at the Lime Dock building in La Conner.

9:44 p.m .: Prowler – Someone onMoore Road inConway believed someone was prowling around his property, but deputies couldn’t locate the suspect.

Friday June 27

1:36 a.m .: Horses out – Horses found outside their pasture on La Conner Whitney Road north of La Conner and were put back where they belong.

10:22 a.m .: Abandoned trailer – A trailer was left on property onRainier Street in La Conner and the landowner wanted it gone. When the owner was told the property owner could have it towed, the trailer owner moved it.

10:52 a.m .: Shoplifting – A pill crusher was taken by a shopper at La Conner Drug Store. The suspect was cited for theft.

10:57 a.m .: Traffic – Someone complained that there were no traffic flaggers at the new roundabout inConway. A deputy arrived and found that it was because there was no construction going on at the time.

Saturday June 28

10:11 p.m .: Fire – The fire department responded to an oven fire at a residence onMaple Avenue.

Sunday June 29

12:17 p.m .: Alarm – An alarm went off at La Conner High School. Deputies found that the building was not secure but deputies didn’t find anyone around.

Monday June 30

5:58 a.m .: Domestic – An intoxicated man was transported away from a residence, 900 blockMaple Ave., to prevent further problems.
