La Conner Classic Boat Show

Cecilia Rosell, in her lipstick red 1950s bathing suit, and Maurizo Hublitz in his straw fedora gave a glimpse of the past as they sat in their wooden boat on display at the La Conner Classic Boat and Car Show on Saturday. The couple, from Sweden and presently living in Vancouver BC, took the prize for “Most International.” Their boat is a 16-foot 1957 Shepherd made of mahogany and built in Niagara, Ontario, Canada.                                                                                                                                         – Photo by Don Coyote
