5:26 p.m .: Catch & Release – A fellow was arrested on outstanding warrants for theft and driving on a suspended license, 900 blockMaple Ave, La Conner. He was booked and released due to jail crowding.

5:25 p.m .: Crunch time – A driver backing out of a parking spot at La Conner High School didn’t notice the car right behind theirs until they made the connection.
7:19 p.m .: Busy bodies – Someone reported that a child was left in a vehicle while a parent was in the Conway Pub. Deputies found the father and child eating dinner in the vehicle. Dad had just gone in to pick up their order.

1:36 a.m .: Noise – Deputies responded two times for noise complaints involving a popular night spot on Morris Street in La Conner and found an alcohol violation.
9:44 a.m .: Civil – A La Conner resident purchased a puppy that was experiencing some health issue. The resident believes there was fraud involved, but deputies determined it is a civil issue.
