8:21 p.m .: Flares – Whidbey Navel Air Station observed flares being deployed within the town ofLa Conner. But since the flares were green in color, they were not indicative of an emergency.

Wednesday Dec 3

12:24 a.m .: Loud – Someone wanted to listen to cranked up the music in their new car, 900 blockMaple Ave., La Conner, but were advised that it wasn’t a great idea at midnight on a week day.

6:48 p.m .: Bad parking – A vehicle was parked blocking a driveway onMorris Street in La Conner. When the deputy arrived, the driver came over and apologized and moved it.

Thursday Dec 4

3:27 p.m .: Accident – Someone failed to negotiate a corner onDike Road inConway.

Friday Dec 5

3:16 a.m .: Alarm – An alarm went off at a business onFir Island Road inConway, but everything was OK.

4:43 a.m .: Burglary – Someone entered the building at El Gitano restaurant onMaple Ave. in La Conner and it is believed to be related to other similar burglaries on the same morning inEdison.

10:57 a.m .: Vehicle prowl – Someone stole things out of vehicle that may have been left unlocked onPearle Jensen Way in La Conner.

12:22 p.m .: Vehicle prowl – This time the owner’s manual was stolen from a vehicle that may have been parked unlocked on South 2^nd Street in La Conner.

1:55 p.m .: Drunk driver – Deputies intercepted a vehicle that had been reported to State Patrol as having an impaired driver at Calhoun and Chilberg roads east of La Conner. The driver was determined to be driving under the influence and was arrested. The driver had a previous history of the same offense.

4:24 p.m .: Traffic hazard – Deputies were unable to locate a reported disabled motor home, 900 blockMaple Ave., La Conner.

4:51 p.m .: Vehicle prowl – A car stereo was stolen from an unlocked car parked on South 2^nd Street in La Conner.

5:43 p.m .: Fireworks – A report of fireworks near South 4^th andDouglas streets in La Conner.

Sunday Dec 7

4 a.m .: Accident – The State Patrol handled a wreck on the train tracks inConway.

10:39 a.m .: Found – A lock box was found on the side ofFir Island Road inConway.

12:21 p.m .: Alarm – An alarm went off reported as glass breaking at La Conner High School, but there was no broken glass or any other evidence of entry.
