1:51 p.m.: Reported theft – A resident of North 1st St. in La Conner reported a wallet missing from a purse.

4:11 a.m.: Double crunch – There was a rollover accident near theNorth ForkBridge onFir Island Road near Rexville. Then a vehicle stopping to assist struck the guardrail.
Wednesday Jan 14
9:37 p.m.: Theft – The father of aConway woman’s child took several credit cards while she was out of her house. Deputies looked for the guy, who also had a felony arrest warrant from the Department of Corrections, but were unable to find him.
Thursday Jan 15
10:45 a.m.: Alarm – An alarm was accidently activated at Washington Federal bank in La Conner.
4:35 p.m.: Info please – A hunter wanted assurance that’s it’s legal to hunt outside La Conner Town limits with a property owner’s permission. (Hey geese! Hunting is illegal in town.)
Friday Jan 16
11:04 a.m.: Arrest – A woman was arrested in La Conner on a felony warrant issued after a previous property crime in La Conner.
5:02 p.m.: Shoplifting – Employees at Pioneer Market suspected people who had already left the store of shoplifting. Deputies are investigating.
Saturday Jan 17
1:49 p.m.: Arrest – Deputies recognized a fellow with two outstanding arrest warrants for driving on a suspended license. He was booked and released with a new court date.
Sunday Jan 18
4:12 p.m.: Assault – After dispute reportedly between two adult brothers, deputies arrested a man for assault, 900 blockMaple Ave., La Conner.
4:29 p.m.: Rescue – Two people who got into a dingy because their boat was taking on water were brought to shore by the fire department near the south end of the Swinomish Channel.
