10:17 a.m .: Broken window – A boat owner reported a broken window.
Tuesday Oct 20
8:31 a.m .: Theft – Somebody broke into the coin machine in the Port Laundromat at La Conner Marina.
5:12 p.m .: Fender bender – Someone wanted to report a hit and run in the parking lot, 900 blockMaple Ave., La Conner. The damaged vehicle had been parked, unable to move for several months and deputies determined that the damage could not have been caused by another vehicle striking it due to the way it was parked.
6:52 p.m .: Skaters – There was a complaint that kids were riding skateboards in the road in the area ofMaple Ave andCaledonia Street in La Conner.
Wednesday Oct. 21
8:41 a.m .: Family stuff – A grandparent had been summoned to La Conner Middle School and a parent arrived and did not want the grandparent involved in the situation.
9:51 a.m .: Manners! – Deputies counseled a student at La Conner High about making an inappropriate comment to a staff member.
3:01 p.m .: Bike accident –A student trying to avoid the afterschool traffic in La Conner took a short cut the wrong way around a building and a student riding their bicycle on the sidewalk collided with the vehicle as it was trying to exit. The bicyclist was wearing a helmet and not injured. Neither reported the incident, however it was witnessed and reported to deputies working the school zone, who followed up on the matter.
8:26 p.m .: Teen thing – A kid was refusing to go home with parents from La Conner High School.
Thursday Oct 22
3:19 p.m.:Howdy stranger – An unknown woman walked into another person’s apartment onPark Street in La Conner. Deputies were unable to locate her.
Friday Oct 23
9:16 a.m .: Suspicious – Ongoing concern regarding activity in the post office box area of La Conner Post Office.
3:25 p.m .: Bicycle – Someone reported that their bicycle had been taken by someone else, but they already got it back at La Conner Skateboard Park. The caller did not stick around to talk to a deputy and gave a phone number that turned out to be no good.
8:44 p.m .: Happened again – A truck and trailer slid into the water and sunk at the public boat launch offSherman Street in La Conner. This time in the dark and by morning, the truck and trailer with the boat attached had drifted south past theRainbowBridge.
Saturday Oct 24
5:42 a.m .: Robbery – A passerby encountered a man in the roundabout onMcLean and Best roads asking for a ride. The man had obvious injuries and it was reported that he was the victim of a robbery.
9:03 p.m .: Traffic Hazard – A family member had parked illegally and at 4th andBenton streets in La Conner. The owner moved the car so it no longer created a hazard.
9:50 p.m .: Arrest – An intoxicated person was arrested for breaking down a door to enter a locked residence, 900 blockMaple Ave., La Conner.

8:33 a.m .: Burglary – There was another attempt to steal money from the payment drop box at the RV Park at La Conner Marina.
