Friday night another truck and boat trailer slid into the Swinomish Channel and sunk. By morning it had drifted from the town of La Conner’s public boat launch on Sherman Street and wound up just south of the Rainbow Bridge, offering this view to motorists. The accident was reported right around low tide on Friday night.
