11:06 a.m.: Mailbox Plunder – A locked mail box was broken into onValentine Road east of La Conner, no mail was believed to be taken.
Tuesday Jan 19
10:43 a.m.: Concerned Caller – A call was received by dispatch about someone being concerned after being disconnected from a phone call to a 30-year-old man. The person was concerned about a possible suicide attempt. The man was found inPioneerPark, in La Conner and there was no problem.
11:15 a.m.: No parking! – Someone left their green vehicle parked on the side ofLa Conner Whitney Road. The owner was contacted and given the choice to move the vehicle within 24 hours, or have the vehicle impounded.
12:20 p.m.: Hit & Run – A 38 year old woman backed into another car a Pioneer Market in La Conner. She left without exchanging information. She was located and cited for hit and run. Now that’s a big ticket!
Thursday Jan 21
3:37 a.m.: Big Ticket – A 20-year-old man was stopped for speeding just outside ofConway. The driver was found to have a suspended license, the driver was cited.
7:53 a.m.: Gunfire? – Someone reported hearing 3 to 4 gunshots from the area betweenFirst Street andCaledonia Street in La Conner. Deputies checked the area and found nothing suspicious. It was concluded that the noise was from workers in the area making the noise while moving containers.
Friday Jan 22
9:28 p.m.: Fight – A 21-year-old man who lives out of the area was arrested for assaulting his 17-year-old brother, whom is also not from the area. This occurred in the 200 block ofMaple Ave. in La Conner.
Saturday Jan 23
4:38 a.m.: Oops! – An employee mistakenly set of the alarm at the Conway Pub inConway.
6:26 p.m.: Love tap – Someone reported a vehicle bumping into another vehicle at the La Conner Middle School. There was no damage found on either vehicle.
7:57 p.m.: Lost Wallet – A lost wallet was found along the dike onFirIsland. The owner was contacted and the wallet was returned.

9:29 a.m.: Nocturnal Hit and Run – A vehicle was hit sometime during the night of Friday, Feb. 22 while it was parked on the S. 4th Street on the hill in La Conner.
