3:54 p.m.: Arrest – A 52-year-old man with an outstanding warrant was arrested by deputies on S. 4th Street in La Conner.
7:23 p.m.: Check up – An elderly lady near La Conner Town Hall appeared to be confused and was asking for a ride to the La Conner Regional Library. When deputies arrived she was no where to be found.
Tuesday Jan 26
11:13 a.m.: Arrest – A 49-year-old man with an outstanding warrant was arrested by deputies onMorris Street in La Conner.
Wednesday Jan 27
4:14 p.m.: Ferrell Fence – A 46-year-old man hit a fence that blew onto the roadway onLa Conner Whitney Road north of town. No injuries were reported but the fence could be cited for reckless wind riding.
6:40 p.m.: Where’s my wallet? – A 70-year-old man lost his wallet at the La Conner post office. It was later found.
10:48 p.m.: Death – A La Conner resident passed away at home, no foul play.
Thursday Jan 28
11:10 a.m.: Traffic shrubs – Someone lost a load of brush onLa Conner Whitney Road. It was cleared by the motorist who lost the load.
Saturday Jan 30
11:26 a.m.: Lost purse – A 54-year-old woman reported her purse missing at the La Conner Middle School. It was not found.
Sunday Jan 31
8:43 a.m.: Broken mailbox – A 59-year-old male onDodgeValley road reported his mail box was damaged overnight, there are no suspects.
8:30 p.m.: Skate or Fight? – Someone reported what sounded to be a fight happening in the middle of S. 4th street in La Conner. When deputies arrived, no combatants were located and the reporting party said it could have been someone who crashed on a skateboard making all the racket.
Monday Feb 1
1:25 a.m.: Check up – A deputy found a family sleeping in theConwayLutheranChurch. They were homeless and staying with the permission of the church.
