4:13 p.m .: Young thief – A young girl was caught by an employee of Pioneer Market in La Conner shoplifting make-up.
Wednesday March 23
12:21 a.m .: Partied out – An intoxicated man was passed out in front of an apartment, 900 blockMaple Avenue, La Conner. He was transported to a hospital.
10:24 a.m .: Speeder – Report of a vehicle speeding past Snow Goose Farms onFirIsland.
11:02 a.m .: Check up – Report of a person possibly on their way toDeceptionPass to commit suicide. Deputies checked the area and were unable to locate the person.
Thursday March 24
9:36 a.m .: Sour apples – Someone went alongLa Conner Whitney Road and stole all of the “Vote NO” on the La Conner Schools levy signs.
Friday March 25
4:25 a.m .: Hit and Run – Someone reported a vehicle was backed into in front of the Conway Pub inConway. The offending vehicle left the area. No suspects.
2:53 p.m .: Kid Drama – There was a report that there might be an after school fight at La Conner High School. The involved kids left the area, and there was no issue.
Saturday March 26
12:20 p.m .: Arrest – Deputy contacted a 47-year-old man walking downMorris Street, and the man was arrested on outstanding warrants.
9:31 p.m .: Flare – A marine flare was seen in the area ofDeceptionPass. The U.S. Coast Guard was notified.
Sunday March 27
11:52 a.m .: Theft – A locking mail box at the Rexville Grange was broken open, and some unlocked vehicles on the property were entered. Nothing appeared to be missing, and there are no suspects.
