1:28 p.m.: Good Samaritan – A customer’s credit card was found in the parking lot of Pioneer Market in La Conner. Deputies made arrangements to return the card to the owner.
10:30 p.m.: Shh! – There was a report of loud music being played at a residence on Park Street in La Conner; when deputies arrived the music was already shut off.
Wednesday Nov 9
10:53 a.m.: You’re out! – A transient was staying in a van in the parking lot of the 900 block on Maple
Avenue in La Conner. Deputies contacted the drifter, and he was moved along and given a trespassing warning.
5:02 p.m.: Big no-no – A 65-year-old man assaulted his wife at their residence onN. Sixth Street in La Conner. The man was arrested for assault domestic violence.
8:06 p.m.: Dog gone – Report of an injured dog on the road onLa Conner Whitney Road north of La Conner. Deputies could not locate the dog.
Thursday Nov 10
8:43 a.m.: Suspicious – Report of a disabled vehicle with someone inside at the Rexville Grocery. The car was gone upon deputy arrival.
12:45 p.m.: Stand by – Request for a civil standby; the reporting party had a no contact court order on the other person coming to retrieve things from his old residence. Deputy had to be present at the home onN. Sixth street.
11:41 p.m.: Big ticket! – Driver was stopped for speeding near the La Conner roundabout. The driver was issued a citation for driving with a suspended license.
Friday Nov 11
12:03 a.m.: Another big ticket! – A vehicle was stopped onLa Conner Whitney Road for speeding. The driver was issued a citation for driving with a suspended license.
6:34 p.m.: Sleeper – Someone reported a person sleeping in their camper in the La Conner Regional Library parking lot. The owner of the camper was contacted and was found to have permission from the property owner to be there.
8:58 p.m.: Suspicious – Somebody reported that two men were walking around the La Conner Marina. They were gone upon deputy arrival.
Saturday Nov 12
12:04 a.m.: Arrest – A 35-year-old man was contacted onFirst Street in La Conner by deputies for an outstanding warrant. He was arrested.
3:45 p.m.: Bum a smoke? – A 35-year-old man was reported to be pan handling around Pioneer Market in La Conner. When contacted by deputies, the man said he was just asking for a cigarette. He was given a ride to Mount Vernon.
10:33 p.m.: Party animal – An intoxicated person was spotted in front of Pioneer Market in La Conner. The person was gone upon deputy arrival.
Sunday Nov 13
4:07 p.m.: Oops! – A resident onN. Sixth street in La Conner called 911 by mistake.
Monday Nov 14
6:15 a.m.: Crunch – A two-vehicle collision onLa Conner Whitney Road. There were no injuries.
