La Conner's "silver lining"

Silver linings has been a “motto” of mine since Dec of 2014. They are everywhere.

One of the biggest examples is that cancer has led me back to my home town. It’s not just that my family is in La Conner, La Conner is family.

This community offered comfort and support during my treatment. That support continued in a huge way when we reached out for help in fighting blood cancers. You were all part of a team that raised nearly $75,000 for research!

Research which will help doctors improve treatment for kids like Ashlyn and Daniel. Incredible!

Thank you for all that you have done. We live in an amazing community and I’m honored to be a part of it.
