Monday April 17

12:53 p.m .: Lost cell – Someone called in reporting that they left their cellphone at the Shell gas station on La Conner Whitney Road and Highway 20 the day before.

6:48 p.m .: Oopsies – 911 hang up at a residence on Chilberg Road. Deputies contacted the property owners, no issues.

Wednesday April 19

6:40 a.m .: Happy hour – Report of a possible DUI driver on Morris Street in La Conner driving a box truck. Deputies were unable to locate the vehicle.

11:39 a.m .: Forget something? – A home owner on State Street in La Conner called to report belongings left by people staying at their residence.

Thursday April 20

1:41 p.m .: Check in – A report of a possible homeless man in his 50s or 60s walking around near Channel Drive north of La Conner. Deputies were unable to locate the man.

5:07 p.m .: Bag check! – Someone found a purse on First Street in La Conner. Before deputies arrived to pick up the purse, the person who found the purse, located the owner of the purse and returned it.

Friday April 21

10:25 a.m .: Drug problem – A student was found in possession of drug paraphernalia at the La Conner Middle School.

12:03 p.m .: Honk! Honk! – The La Conner High School requested assistance with traffic to allow the buses to go to and from school during the annual traffic festival fueled by blooming tulips.

2:52 p.m .: Swerve! – A report of a possible intoxicated driver, driving a green Honda CRV in Conway. Deputies were unable to locate.

7:21 p.m .: Tourists… -- A report of over 20 cars parked in the no parking zones along Young Road north of La Conner, causing a problem for potato farmers. Deputies responded and had all vehicles cleared from the area.

9:21 p.m .: Sad day – There was a car vs. dog accident near Snow Goose Farm on Fir Island. Deputies responded and the injured dog was turned over to its owner.
