As many as 400 people, primarily townspeople, opened the 33rd Art’s Alive! show Friday night, Nov. 3 at Maple Hall. Lovers of the visual arts spent the weekend walking through the invitational and open shows at Maple Hall, walked up to the Skagit artists juried art show at the La Conner Civic Garden Club and wandered through the 21 galleries and businesses feathering area artists.
