A quick meal to prepare with cooked prawns. I am using whole wheat spaghetti. I used a wok in the preparation of this dish. If you love pasta, this is a great comfort dish.

Prepare your pasta, drain. Using a wok, heat the olive oil and add the chopped garlic cloves. Stir and cook until lightly browned. Add in the hot pepper flakes. Stir and cook for one minute. Add in the prawns. Mix around until the prawns are coated with the garlicky oil. Slowly drop in spoonfuls of the pasta. Mix each spoonful so that it is covered with the garlicky oil. Add just enough pasta to create three full servings. Optional add-ins are capers, fresh squeezed lemon juice, drizzle more olive oil, fresh cracked peppercorns or Parmesan.
