Ingredients
Rhubarb, two cups
chopped
Orange, 1 medium
Water, 1/4 cup
Sugar, 1/3 cup
Preparation
Using fresh or frozen rhubarb, add to a medium sauce pan. Cut orange and add. Add sugar and water. Stir to mix the sugar around. Cook on medium low heat for 40 minutes. The rhubarb will soften into a sauce. Serve warm or cold.
Serve with or without the orange pieces.
