‘Potpourri’ market starts at 11 a.m. on Morris Street
It is all music all the time for this month’s First on First. Eight, count them, eight, buskers will be strumming, blowing, drawing their bows, making music as you walk from Gilkey Square to Dirty Biter Park and Caravan Gallery’s courtyard. La Conner’s own Mike Bucy will be on the boardwalk behind the Waterfront Spa.
Stroll the town and enjoy music from each of these buskers! Bring small – or large – bills to show your appreciation and fill their instrument cases.
Hours are 4-8 p.m., May 1.
If you eat out, dinner reservations are probably necessary.
Brought to you by the First on First committee. Promoted by the Weekly News.
For “A Little Bit of Everything,” earlier, shop at the La Conner United “Potpourri” market in the parking lot next to Crescent Moon Yoga, 606 Morris Street, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.. Vendors will have used books, baked goods, plants, jewelry, tools and lots of odd tidbits for sale.
There is room for more vendors. Vendor fees benefit the La Conner Rotary.
Sponsored by La Conner United.
