BREAKING UPDATE: Special 5:30 p.m. budget discussion town council meeting Tuesday

CORRECTION AND UPDATE: This budget meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. today, Tuesday.

Thursday Mayor Ramon Hayes notified the La Conner Town Council of a 5:30 p.m. Oct. 12 special meeting to discuss the fire department section of the 2022 budget. The meeting is in person at Maple Hall and via Zoom. The regular council meeting will follow at 6 p.m.

At the council meeting, staff, council committees, the mayor’s and the chamber of commerce’s reports along with the mayor’s roundtable are the only agenda items. There is no unfinished or new business listed.
