Do I need a helicopter?

Looking at all the pending homes that are about to be built on Maple Avenue and nearby – my question is – how am I going to be able to drive out of town with the traffic jams I foresee?

Parking is already impossible on First Street. Guess I had better get my helicopter ready for when tulip time comes. Only one way out: Up.
