Presidential dereliction of duty

A citizen’s view —

The avowed primary duty of the president of the United States is to protect and defend the Constitution and the country at large from all threats. The President swears an oath with his hand on the Bible that he will carry this out.

It should be patently obvious to anyone by now that the current occupant of the White House is completely ignoring his sworn duty in most things but in particular as regards defending our borders.

Since Biden took office, record numbers, in the hundreds of thousands of undocumented people from at least 160 countries that we know of have crossed illegally into the U.S. only to be temporarily rounded up briefly before being shipped, bussed and flown all over the country, including here, by the administration, often in the wee hours when the White House thinks nobody is paying attention. Pretty sneaky really.

As well most are not tested for disease, nor made to submit to being vaccinated against COVID-19, as they would have most legal Americans do.

They are just cut loose into the country to do as they please with a proviso that they will show up at some later court date for the legalities. Good luck with that! They just disappear. We now have millions of illegals running around unhampered and continuing to break laws.

In a sane world run by sane people in the government, Biden would have already been removed from office either through impeachment or the 25th Amendment due to his obvious cognitive problems and inability to competently do his job. It is obvious to all that he cannot.

To add insult to injury, this administration is planning to pay large cash damages to some undocumented people for breaking our laws. They break our laws by coming here illegally, and then when temporarily separated from their children they sue the government. Ask yourself this: Do American citizens get to sue the government for damages if they break our laws and are separated from their families? Of course not, that would be insane would it not?

When we start paying people to break the laws of this country, well, the great American experiment is just about over. It would make more sense to pay those wanting to come here legally than those storming our beaches, having just swum across the Rio Grande. The next caravan of thousands is already on its way here and sadly Biden will continue to ignore what may be the biggest crisis in recent memory.
