Cranberry Apple Juice

This is a recipe for the Instant Pot. It can be adapted for stove top or for the slow cooker. I used fresh organic cranberries. Fresh cranberries are available at the grocery stores this time of year. I used an unsweetened apple juice I bought at Costco. This recipe has no added sugar, honey or spices. It is refreshingly tart warm or refrigerateto cool.

Ingredients

Cranberries, 1 cup, fresh

Apple juice, 4 quarts, unsweetened

Preparation

Rinse the cranberries. Place in the inner lining of the Instant Pot. Add the apple juice. Shut and seal the lid. Set to pressure cook for 30 minutes on a low setting. Let it naturally release before opening the lid. Pour through a strainer. Ladle into your cup to drink warm or into a jar to store in the refrigerator.
