1:13 p.m.: Treasure, not trash – Report of a dumped 5th wheel RV. Deputies found out that the tenants scrap out old trailers. Bradshaw Rd., Greater La Conner.

Wednesday, December 22

12:33 a.m.: Good deed done – Deputies responded to assist a male that had missed his ride to the cold weather shelter and had been walking for a long time. Deputies provided a courtesy transport to Skagit Valley Hospital at the male’s request. Beaver Marsh Rd., Greater La Conner.

11:21 a.m.: Mail lost, found – Caller reported that he found a bag of dumped mail. The caller offered to return the mail to the post office. Myrtle St., La Conner.

10:31 p.m.: Truck signaling – Report of a truck that swerved towards a security guard while he was walking on the sidewalk. The security guard is familiar with the driver of the truck and has had issues with him in the past. The caller just wanted deputies to contact the driver and have a conversation about his driving. Thursday, December 23

2:08 p.m.: After theft check-in – Caller requested a phone call about a cold theft. Calhoun Rd., Greater La Conner.

3:45 p.m.: After theft details – Caller reported a theft of his wallet with his debit card and Mexican ID in it. The theft occurred on Monday the 20th. Calhoun Rd., Greater La Conner.

Friday, December 24

6:09 a.m.: No one around – One car roll over abandoned. McLean / Bradshaw Rds., Greater La Conner.

Saturday, December 25

12:00 a.m.: Rooftop noises – Numerous calls till dawn, similar reports of hooves on roofs, jingle bells, footsteps and ho-ho-hos. Cookies and milk taken at home throughout area. Widespread, Greater La Conner.

6:58 a.m.: Case closed – Report of a vehicle parked with its rear hatch left open. Deputies responded and closed the hatch of the vehicle. N. 6th St., La Conner.

11:45 a.m.: Dog call – Caller reported he found a German Shepard near the intersection of Kamb Rd and Mclean Rd. The caller was going to attempt to locate the owner himself. McLean / Kamb Rds., Greater La Conner.

3:11 p.m.: Slid into a stop – One car vs stop sign accident. Vehicle slid on the ice and struck a stop sign, no injury. Best / Fir Island Rds., Conway.

6:45 a.m.: Really cold prowl – Cold vehicle prowl. The caller said the vehicle was prowled about 0300hrs. Best Rd., Greater La Conner.
