Tuesday, March 1

10:23 a.m.: Photographer blocks road – Report of a man standing in the middle of the road taking pictures of vehicle traffic. No one was located. Rainbow Bridge, La Conner.

4:37 p.m.: Bay View prowl – Caller was parked at the south trailhead of Padilla Bay. When they returned they found their vehicle window broken and a couple membership cards missing. Bay View Edison Rd., Bay View.

Wednesday, March 2

12:15 p.m.: Boat fire – Deputies responded to a boat fire in the La Conner Marina. It was extinguished prior to deputies’ arrival. Pearle Jensen Way, La Conner.

6:48 p.m.: Bicyclist down– Deputies are investigating an incident where a bicyclist claims to have been struck by a truck entering the roadway. The cyclist was transported to the hospital and claimed to be injured although none were found. Witnesses said they routinely see the cyclist wearing all black clothing while riding in the dark. Beaver Marsh Rd., Greater La Conner.

Thursday, March 3

1:08 p.m.: Parking trouble – Report of a passenger truck clipping another vehicle in the parking lot. La Conner Post Office, La Conner.

1:42 p.m.: Another Bay View Prowl – Another report of a vehicle prowl at south parking area of Padilla Bay Trailhead. Bay View Edison Rd., Bay View.

Friday, March 4

8:48 a.m.: Impaired driver– Caller was concerned that a driver was impaired as the vehicle left the roundabout. Deputies were not able to locate the vehicle. Morris St./Chilberg Rd., La Conner.
