Noon Year's Eve celebration

Bring your kids so they can ring in the new year early with a Noon Year’s Eve celebration at the La Conner Swinomish Library Saturday. Come at 11 a.m. – or earlier. There will be fun craft and ringing in Noon Year’s at 12 p.m.
