Noon Year's Eve at La Conner Library

YAY FOR THE NEW YEAR TO COME – Young ones and their parents partied early at the La Conner Swinomish Library Saturday at a "Noon Year's Eve" celebration. Not a drop of alcohol was needed for everyone to have a rousing good time.
