4:50 p.m.: Phone caution needed – Caller was caught in a scam where the subject posed as someone from the bank. The caller had shared banking information and now was locked out of the account. Its unknown if any money was taken and the caller will be contacting the bank as soon as they open. S. Second St., La Conner

Monday, June 24

9:46 p.m.: Who you gonna call? – Caller called to advise she had left a phone in the public bathroom that locked when she left. Public works was able to let her back in to retrieve the phone. S. First St., La Conner

Thursday, June 27

1:35 p.m.: Dog ran free – Report of a loose dog wandering the parking lot of the wildlife preserve. A deputy responded but did not locate the dog. Fir Island Rd., Conway

Friday, June 28

9:02 p.m.: Poor reporting – A third party called to report that a truck had backed into another car while parking on First Street. The truck driver did not think he hit anything and the owner of the other vehicle came out and did not see any damage. It does not appear they actually hit. S. First St., La Conner

Saturday, June 29

12:22 a.m.: Boating problem 1 – Large sailboat was being worked on and was being launched during high tide. The tide was not high enough and the sailboat bottomed out and tipped over. The boat was then swamped by incoming tides. Bay View-Edison Rd, Bay View

5:59 a.m.: Boating problem 2 – A boat tied to the docks in La Conner took on water and capsized. It appears the bow line broke which allowed the current to pull it away from the dock at an odd angle and swamp it. S. First St., La Conner
