Have coffee, learn what cops do

Join your neighbors, deputies and area police officers for coffee and conversation at Coffee with a Cop, 10 a.m. to noon Monday, Sept. 30, at Stompin’ Grounds Coffee, 306 Morris St.

The mission of Coffee with a Cop (coffeewithacop.com) is to break down the barriers between deputies, police officers and the citizens they serve by removing agendas and allowing opportunities to ask questions, voice concerns and get to know the deputies in your neighborhood.
