Cold, hard facts about Trump

Here are some facts about Donald trump. Not emotions, opinions or internet conspiracies, but hard, cold incontrovertible facts.

Trump is a sexual predator. At least 26 women have accused him of sexual misconduct from unwanted kissing to rape. Their stories bear a chilling resemblance to his “grab them by the …” Access Hollywood tape. With men like Trump, if 26 women came forward, there are many more too frightened to do so.

Trump is a criminal convicted last May of 34 felonies. His company was convicted of 17 felonies in 2023. His accountant went to prison but refused to implicate his boss. Trump has declared bankruptcy no less than six times. His reputation for defrauding his building contractors and attorneys is legendary.

Trump University was another con. He was fined $25 million for defrauding students. The Trump Foundation was also a grift. Courts found “an egregious pattern of illegality.” Part of the money raised by the foundation to help veterans was used for campaign contributions. Trump is a tax cheat and con man. This has been demonstrated in open court.

Trump is a prolific liar. From the “stolen” 2020 election to Haitians eating pets, almost nothing that comes out of his mouth is true. The Washington Post found that 97% of Trump’s statements in the 2016 election were false or deliberately misleading. The Post also identified more than 30,000 lies while he was president.

In the debate with Kamala Harris, he lied so often and so blatantly that the hosts couldn’t correct him in real time. Yeah, and he won that debate, right?

Remember the violent attack on our Capitol and Trump’s central role. Trump maintains close, personal relations with vicious, anti-American dictators like Vladimir Putin. He exchanged what he calls “love letters” with Kim Jung Un, a brutal tyrant who publicly executes his enemies with anti-aircraft guns. The North Korean dictator assassinated his own brother with nerve gas. Some might call Trump’s actions treasonous.

A vote for Donald Trump is a vote against all that we hold dear. If he wins, we may never be able to vote for another President.
