Monday, Oct. 28

10:10 a.m.: Hit and run – Caller said that someone had hit her parked car doing significant damage. The suspect vehicle rubbed down the side of her car, breaking off a mirror and leave dents and scratches. There was no evidence left by the suspect vehicle. S. Third Street, La Conner.

8:04 p.m.: Allegedly drunk, but not driving – Report of a subject kicked out of the tavern who was allegedly intoxicated and drove the wrong way on First Street. A second caller said the subject was now parked at the north end of First Street. Deputies fouond the subject was out of his car and was not driving. Based on the vehicle being safely parked, the subject could not be arrested on suspicion of DUI and was instead transported home. S. First Street, La Conner.

Thursday, Oct. 31

9:05 a.m.: Dude, where’s my truck? – Caller was at work when he realized his truck was missing and had been stolen. A report was taken. Nov. 1, the truck was located on Park Street unoccupied. Several items were taken from the truck as evidence and the truck was returned to the owner. Sherman Avenue, La Conner.

Saturday, Nov. 2

8:58 a.m.: No parking zone – A deputy responded to the scene of a single-car collision where the driver left the road, crashed into a fence and ended up in a field. The driver was OK and was cited for driving violations. Bradshaw Road, greater La Conner.

6:44 p.m.: Lost and found – Caller left a wallet on top of the car and wanted to report it as lost. A few minutes, the caller reported the wallet had been located. Morris Street, La Conner.
