12:11 p.m.: Who left the dogs out? – A caller was worried about dogs left outside during a storm. The dogs were safe and the caller was told that no laws were broken. Young Road, greater La Conner.
1:57 p.m.: Tree in the road – Report of a tree that had fallen and was blocking a lane of travel. Tree had been removed by the time the deputy arrived. Pioneer Parkway La Conner.
Tuesday, Nov. 5
11:52 a.m.: This belongs to someone – Caller found someone’s personal documents in her yard and wanted them picked up. The deputy found a phone number for the name on the papers. The owner stated a trash can had blown over and asked that the documents be thrown away. S. Second Street, La Conner.
Thursday, Nov. 7
10:36 p.m.: Stolen or missing? – Caller believed two computers had been stolen from the business. Prior to deputy contact, the caller said the computers had only been misplaced. Maple Avenue, La Conner.
Saturday, Nov. 9
6:02 a.m.: Possible DUI – Caller was following an erratic driver on Fir Island. About 20 minutes later, a deputy responded to a single-vehicle collision where the driver had swerved off the road and hit a power pole before stopping in a field. Driver was not under the influence, but was suspended with ignition interlock required. Cited for multiple offenses. Fir Island Road, greater La Conner.
